The Hermit Hole

The Aussie Hermit has never really understood why some people get so angry at another person’s ideas.

Even the most asinine or evil ideas.

Like, if someone thinks XYZ race needs to be exterminated, I don’t get angry.

Sure, I think that person needs some help. But I won’t get angry because some random person has these thoughts.

That would be dumb.

It’s the same with politics.

OK, so you support ABC political party?

Cool.

I may not agree with that support.

I may debate you.

I may communicate why I think my way of seeing the world is better.

But I’m not going to have a meltdown over it.

Instead, if I can’t convince you through polite discussion I’ll move along and let the democratic process do its thing.

A great example of people getting upset over another persons ideas is when The Aussie Hermit launched “The Hermit Hole” a few days ago.

And just for some context if you missed it…

This is a private community that helps Coaches thrive in these turbulent social and economic times.

—> It has free client-getting content by yours hermity…

—> Open-minded discussion about news and events (not reported in the MSM) that Coaches can capitalise on, and…

—> A place where you won’t get booted off by Big Tech for “wrong think”.

Now, when I launched it I got a lot of people writing in saying how excited they were to join.

Great.

But then I got 3 emails from people that were apparently quite angry at the announcement.
Here they are:

“That is so much bull I want nothing to do with anything political so if that is what you are trying to do count me out. Remove me from your contacts. You can expect anything that has political in it will slowly die so why are you wasting your time  just to post your political views? Stupid to alienate yourself from potential clients who will disagree with your opinions or conspiracy crap.”

And…

“Fuck You I’ll have nothing to do with your political crap. How could I ever believe anything you say about marketing when you buy into that crap take me off your list.!!!!”

And…

“You just lost all credibility… Anyone who buys into the Trump conspiracy bull shit has no credibility so fuck off and don’t ever send me your bull shit again. Dumb Ass Ausssie”

Funny.

(And as an FYI – they sent the emails with *really big font*. That’s how you know they’re angry!)

But again, why have a meltdown over a community that’s simply helping Coaches capitalise on info not reported in the MSM?

Especially when they hadn’t seen the content inside.

It doesn’t make sense.

But of course, that’s the problem with my argument – it’s logical. And these types of people are obviously not running on logic.

’Tis a great question.

And here’s the thing…

On the surface, the group appears to be about 2 different things…

Discussing news/information outside the MSM, plus free client-getting trainings.

However, it all comes under the one banner or common theme of “helping you create a strong business that can withstand any economic environment”.

You see, it’s The Aussie Hermit’s belief that we’re about to go into some extremely turbulent times.

Higher gas prices.

Higher food prices.

A worldwide economic collapse of biblical proportions.

And, of course, more wars.

And so I created this group to help you prepare for what’s to come.

That way, when shit hits the fan and everyone is running around like a chicken with their head cut off – you’re calm, you’re safe, you’re secure, and maybe you can even capitalise on some of the (many) opportunities that are going to come your way.

Opportunities others will be running away from (or won’t see) because of their emotional state.
